Our signature program: Leading with Confidence: Custom Leadership Mastery Program is a comprehensive leadership program that builds on the principles of the world’s most respected and renowned leadership gurus. These valuable teachings are brought to life through Julie Howard’s decades of real life, practical, expertise in Management, Marketing, Coaching, and Leadership.
Julie Howard Associates offers 2 levels of Leadership workshops:
First-time Managers Workshop: This critical core program covers a variety of must-know topics like time management, communication, managing change, and giving and receiving feedback. It builds strengths and encourages confidence in first-time leaders.
Our Experienced Leaders Workshop, ideal for Directors and above covers the topics in the New Leadership Workshop, then digs deeper into theories, practices, and activities that help to strengthen skills in team building, hiring, decision making, change management, negotiation, executive presence, and more. Like our First Time Managers Workshop, the Experienced Leaders workshop can be done in a 1-day format or over the course of 4 modules lasting 60-90 minutes each.
